This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how Cash Bull Capital Inc. (“CBCI”) collects, uses, and discloses information and data relating to your access and use of the CBCI Platform, and what rights you have with respect to such information and data. The Privacy Policy forms part of the CBCI Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”), and any capitalized terms used but not defined in the Privacy Policy have the meaning ascribed in the Terms of Service.

The Privacy Policy does not apply to Third Party Services (defined below).

Our website is not intended for those under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not use this site. If you suspect that someone under 18 has used this site, please contact our privacy officer so we may delete their information.

CBCI reserves the right to update and change this Privacy Policy by posting updates on the Site. If material changes occur, CBCI will notify you via the Site or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the CBCI Platform after such changes indicates your agreement.

CBCI collects and receives information and data relating to you when you access and use the CBCI Platform (“User Information”), including:

    • Personal information disclosed during the application process (SIN #, job-specific data, banking history, mailing address)

    • Information collected to fulfill regulatory requirements, loan eligibility assessments, funding, repayments, and debt collection

Promotional Information

Certain offerings such as newsletters, surveys, and contests are optional. If you opt-in, we use your data for:

User Information and Other Information (“Service Data”) are used to:

b) Connect users with services offered through the CBCI Platform

e) Develop additional features for the CBCI Platform

g) Manage accounts, invoicing, and other administrative purposes

i) Enforce the Terms of Service and ensure compliance


3. Information Storage

Users have the right to access their personal information under Canadian laws such as:

    • Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)

Exceptions apply where disclosure could reveal confidential business information or personal data of other clients. If a request is refused, CBCI will provide reasons for the refusal.

4. Information Retention

CBCI retains Service Data throughout your relationship with CBCI. This means CBCI will store Service Data as long as you maintain an account and access the CBCI Platform. After termination of your account, CBCI may retain archived copies of your Service Data for business purposes and legal compliance unless a valid erasure request is received.

CBCI may share and disclose Service Data in the following ways:

a) Displaying the Services

Service Data may be shared with other users in the course of ordinary CBCI Platform use.

b) Third-Party Service Providers and Partners

Third-party service providers and partners may process Service Data to support CBCI business operations.

c) Corporate Affiliates

CBCI may share Service Data with its corporate affiliates, parents, and subsidiaries.

d) Business Transactions

If CBCI undergoes a merger, acquisition, or business restructuring, Service Data may be shared or transferred.

e) Aggregated or De-Identified Data

CBCI may disclose or use aggregated or de-identified Service Data indefinitely for business purposes.

f) Legal Compliance

CBCI may disclose Service Data as required by law or regulatory authorities.
