Non Sufficient Funds (NSF)
If an automatic payment fails and is declined by your bank, Cash Bull applies a Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee to cover transaction costs. This may occur due to an insufficient account balance, a closed bank account, or account suspension. The NSF fee charged by Cash Bull is $15.00. Additionally, your bank may impose its own fees, which are beyond our control. For any questions or concerns regarding bank charges, please contact your bank directly
Interest
For overdue amounts, an interest charge of 2.5% per month is applied to the principal balance. This interest is calculated on a simple (non-compounding) basis until the outstanding amount is fully repaid
