How It Works

  1. Register for an Affiliate Account
    Start by signing up for a new affiliate account.
  2. Get Approved and Log In
    Once your account is approved by us, log in to your affiliate dashboard.
  3. Find Your Unique Referral Link
    On the left-hand side, click “Affiliate URL.” You’ll see your personal referral link. This is what you’ll share with others.
  4. Share and Track Referrals
    When someone clicks your link and applies for a loan, our system automatically tracks them as your referral. You can see your referral stats on your dashboard, and adapt your marketing plan as needed.
  5. Earn Commission
    As soon as your referral’s loan is funded, you earn a commission*!

Cash Bull Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Cash Bull Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into contracts.
  • You must operate a legitimate business or online presence (website, social media, email lists).
  • You must comply with all applicable laws, including Alberta’s Consumer Protection Act, and federal privacy laws.

2. Enrollment

  • To join, submit a complete application through our Affiliate Registration Page.
  • Cash Bull reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
  • Affiliates may only maintain one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.

3. Affiliate Obligations

  • Affiliates must promote Cash Bull responsibly, accurately, and legally.
  • Misleading claims about Cash Bull’s services, including false promises of approval or loan terms, are strictly prohibited.
  • Affiliates may not use spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal marketing practices.
  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable data privacy laws and protect any personal data they may collect in the course of promotion.

4. Referral Links & QR Codes

  • Cash Bull provides unique referral links or QR codes to track applications.
  • Affiliates must not modify referral links or codes.
  • Only referrals made through active affiliate links/QR codes will be eligible for commission.

5. Commissions

  • Affiliates earn $25 per funded referral (loan approved & disbursed).
  • Tiered referral program – calendar month period:
    • Number of funded referrals/commission amount: 1-5/$25, 6-15; $35, 16+/$50
  • Commissions are paid after verification and approval by Cash Bull and may be delayed up to 5 business days to ensure compliance with underwriting, refund, or cancellation policies.
  • No commission is payable on applications that are cancelled, rejected, refunded, or fraudulent.

6. Payment

  • Payouts are made via PayPal or bank transfer, according to details provided by the affiliate.
  • Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations arising from commission payments.
  • Affiliates must provide accurate payment information; Cash Bull is not liable for lost or misdirected payments caused by incorrect details.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cash Bull branding (logos, graphics, and promotional materials) solely for approved marketing purposes.
  • Affiliates may not alter or misrepresent the brand or any intellectual property.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Affiliates must comply with PIPEDA and Alberta privacy requirements.
  • Any personal data collected in connection with affiliate promotions must be:
    • Stored securely
    • Used only for the purpose of promoting Cash Bull
    • Not sold or shared with third parties
  • Cash Bull collects data on referrals strictly for program tracking and payment purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

  • Cash Bull reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or unethical practices.
  • Upon termination, affiliates forfeit any unpaid commissions for invalid referrals.
  • Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying Cash Bull in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Cash Bull is not liable for:
    • Any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the Program
    • Any loss or misrepresentation by affiliates in their promotional efforts
    • Delays or errors in tracking or payment

11. Amendments

  • Cash Bull may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice.
  • Affiliates will be bound by the latest version published on the website.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Alberta.
